Abbreviations:
(PST=Pacific Standard Time),
(MST=Mountain Standard Time),
(CST=Central Standard Time),
(EST=Eastern Standard Time).

Winter time: (PST = GMT-8), (MST=GMT-7), (CST=GMT-6), (EST=GMT-5).
Summer time: (PST=GMT-7), (MST=GMT-6), (CST=GMT-5), (EST=GMT-4).

Note that (England-time = GMT) and (Australia-time = GMT+10).
